The goal of this thesis is to investigate the level of contentment and drive experienced by workers. It also discusses the impact that the company’s culture has on the level of satisfaction experienced by the staff. Concepts like job satisfaction, different types of motivation, and different types of incentives are included in the theoretical framework of this thesis.
