The study was carried out among small and medium enterprise in Erbil, Kurdistan. Total of 53 participants involved in this study. Five-point Likert scales was used in this study ranging from not important at all to very important. The findings demonstrated that the correlation analysis between organizational effectiveness and international environment. The value of Pearson Correlation = .858** which is greater than 0.01 this means that there is a positive and strong correlation between organizational effectiveness and international environment.
